I work for a custom home builder and we need a way to track our projects. He's never in the office so i thought this might work for him, he's always on his iphone 6.
I'm brand new (like 5 minutes) to Realtime Board so I'm more or less clueless on all the options it offers but I'd like to find out if I can do this first before I start playing with it.
We have a few crews. We work many jobs at the same time. We'd like a yearly calendar so we can see how many jobs we have running and are scheduling in the future.
So say the smith job is going to run from Feb 1 - June 1. I'd like maybe a blue line for that thru all those dates on the calendar for that job.
Jones job goes from feb 9 - march 1 red line for this job
hilton job from march 2 - may 12 green line for this job.
I don't really care if its set up like a calendar or gantt chart but we want to be able to look at a time frame of maybe 12 months and see what we've got going and where their are spaces in the calendar.
