Hi RealtimeBoard team,
first of all: congratulations for you very useful and great product! I was searching exactly for such a collaborative solution and applied your software in different contexts already.
My problem setting and questions:
I am a logistics professor and use the educator version in two of my classes. Each class has to work on an industrial project during the semester - so I have one (educator) team with two projects. So far, only the project leader and the deputy in both teams got permission for editing and creating boards their specific boards. The other students are using the URL-link function for comments.
The problem /question:
The students with an edit function created new boards and invited other students for giving comments. Now, these invited students (so far - not registered in my team) are displayed in the share-overview as they would be team members already. But in my team member lists are only students with edit function. Why is that so?
Also, in my educational context, it is not helpful, that students with "edit" function are able to activate the permission key for showing the board to all members of a team. In my situation, this happens twice and in those cases, the individual boards were displayed in both courses. As an admin - is there a possibility that only the admin is allowed to activate boards for all team members and not students with an edit function, too?
Thank you for your answers in advance.
