Free version, Personal workspace and Team
There are three types of accounts in RealtimeBoard. The Free version will be useful when you work with a small team that doesn't require advanced features. The Personal workspace is great for personal projects with a small number of collaborators. The Team plan lets you use RealtimeBoard to its full potential, applying it to work and business purposes.
The Free plan grants you a free team that is offered at no cost, and will always stay this way. It allows you to use all the basic features — create boards, add content and collaborate with other people. With a Free account, the team owner can create a team with as many members as needed, and together create as many boards as they want with 5 most recently created boards available for editing and collaboration. Any team members can create boards within the shared account.
A Free account can be upgraded to a Team one.
The Personal workspace is designed with an idea of a professional working with multiple customers 1:1. The workspace belongs to you only, and you are the only user that can create unlimited boards within the workspace and invite up to 3 collaborators to each board. The Personal plan also gives you the access to advanced features:
With a Team account, you can provide all the advanced capabilities to your entire team. Each member of the Team account can invite an unlimited number of collaborators to view and comment their boards and use all the collaborative features available. Team users can be invited to each other’s boards with full editor rights, while guest collaborators, who are not part of the team, can be invited with viewer or commenter rights. Additionally, the Team plan has some specific features that make it even more valuable for teams and companies:
- Access rights management and other administrative capabilities
- Voice and video chat
- Slack integration
- Jira integration
- Centralized billing
- Priority email support
