Uploading Files to Boards
The easiest way to add files to your boards is to simply drag and drop them from your desktop. You can add images, videos, PDF files, Google Drive documents and MS Office files. The full list of supported file types is available in this article. New files can be added from your computer (maximum file size is 30 MB), or from the web (maximum file size is 50 MB).
Adding files from your computer
To upload files from your computer choose Upload.

This will open a dialog box, where you will be able to select the files that you wish to upload to the board. Once you select the files and click Open, they will be uploaded to the board.
Adding files from URL links
To upload files from the web and choose Upload via URL. Then paste a direct URL link that leads to the file that you wish to upload, e.g. a direct link to a PDF document will end in *.pdf. This way you can upload documents and images.

Standard shortcut combinations like Ctrl+С and Ctrl+V are also supported.
Saving uploaded files to the library
You can save the uploaded files to your RealtimeBoard library for future use, by right-clicking the file and selecting Add to Saved Files. This works for PDFs, images, and Google Documents.
Saved files will become available in the Saved files folder of the library. To add files from the library, just click on them, or drag and drop them to the board.

To delete a file from the library click it and press Delete.
