Team and Personal Plans Difference
The Personal plan allows individuals to share their work with a larger number of people while the Team plan is dedicated to team collaboration. Team plan includes Personal capabilities, but it provides a different approach to managing collaboration.
These are the features available for both Personal and Team users:
- Unlimited boards
- Guest viewers via a shareable link
- High-quality resolution export without a watermark
- Manual board backup
- Screen sharing
The primary difference between the plans is the number of people Personal and Team users can invite to their boards.
Personal users can invite up to 3 collaborators (Editors) to each board. They can also invite unlimited Viewers to boards.
Team users can invite only other Team members as Editors, and the number of Viewers and Commenters outside the Team is not limited.
To enhance the collaborative experience, the Team plan provides:
- Video chat
- Slack integration
- JIRA integration
access rights and other administrative capabilities, including centralized billing
These four features are all unavailable for Personal plan users.
