How to Upgrade Your Account

You can upgrade any trial account or Free account that you are a member of at any moment. Note that after the upgrade the payer becomes one of the account's administrators even if previously they did not have administrative rights.
To upgrade the account:
The upgrade procedure can also be started from the profile page, from the account's Settings section:

3) Double check the size of your team and choose billing interval. If you have a promo code for a discount click the button Apply a promo code.

How to purchase the Personal Plan
A Personal account is - as it's named - a personal one and not a team one. So if you purchase the Personal plan, that will be a new account and not a direct upgrade to your team workspace. Have no worries though - you will just need to move your boards to the new personal workspace and you can keep working!
To get the Personal plan:
1) click the blue Upgrade button on the dashboard and then scroll down to see Open personal account:

2) After that, you will be redirected to the page where you will see the full description of the Personal plan. Click GET PREMIUM, enter your card information and complete the purchase.
After you confirm the charge and return to the dashboard you will see a new account in the left sidebar:

How to purchase the Company Plan
If you already have an account, to receive a quote click the blue Upgrade button on the dashboard, choose your plan popup window will appear.

RealtimeBoard uses a system of recurring payments. Your credit card is automatically charged at the end of every subscription period (month or year). The charge takes place on the day when your monthly or annual subscription expires. If there are insufficient funds on your card at that moment, there will be more charge attempts in 1, 2 and 5 days. After that, if the charge doesn't take place, your subscription is canceled.
The subscription price is directly connected to the size of your team and is recalculated automatically if it is changed. If you downsize your unused time goes toward your next renewal (the amount of your next charge will be smaller).
Switching from Monthly to Annual Subscription
1) Go to the team or personal Settings > Plan Limits and choose Switch to annual:
