Day Passes for Occasional Users
Available for: Company and Consultant plans
Set up by: Company Admin
Day Passes are another way of giving access to your company account at RealtimeBoard. A Day pass includes all the functionality of a full user but is limited in the time of access. One Day Pass equals 24-hour access to the company account no matter how many times you log in/log out.
Day Passes are a perfect fit for occasional users who require a few day participation in the project.
Please note that all new users invited to the Company account are added as occasional members. You can then convert them to full users or non-team collaborators.
How can I get Day Passes?
To get a pack of Day Passes please go to your Team Settings and click Contact me about Day Passes:
Team Settings page
The amount of Day Passes is renewed together with the main subscription (every year or every month).
Tracking the use of Day Passes
You can track the use of your team Day Passes in Dashboard > Team Info > Team Settings:
Team size and Day Passes used
Please note there's no limit on the Day Passes used (see Day Passes Package field). You can exceed the amount you have and pay for them at the end of the month.
You can check the details of who, when and how often uses your team Day Passes in Dashboard > Team Info > Members > Occasional:
Company account occasional members
Day Passes are used only if the user accessed the board as an owner/editor. If they accessed the board as a viewer/commenter - no Day Passes are used.
Converting occasional users to full members
Company account admins can turn an occasional user into a full one and vice versa at any time. Go to Members > Occasional/Full > click the three dot menu > Convert to Full/Occasional member:

Please note that these actions will change the size of your team and affect the payment accordingly. Read more about it here.
