Google Drive lets you store files securely online, access them from anywhere, and collaborate with others. With the Google Drive Integration, we make it easier for you to focus on your tasks and track your documents right on the board.
How to enable Google Drive Integration
There are 2 simple ways to enable Google Drive Integration.
1. Go to the Integrations page, find Google Drive section and click Connect:

2.Connect your RealtimeBoard account with the Google Drive right on the board by clicking Google Drive in the Upload menu on the main toolbar:

Sign in with the right account and allow the app access your files by clicking Connect.
Adding Files from Google Drive
To add a file from Google Drive click the Upload button on the Toolbar (shown on the screen above) and choose Google Drive. You will then see the picker menu.
Select all the documents you would like to add and click Select:

Editing Google Drive Documents
You can move and resize the documents on the board and also swipe pages. To edit your files click on the Source button and the document will be opened in the next tab. Edit the document right on the board with all the changes saved automatically.

Updating Google Drive Documents
To display the changes that you’ve made in the document on the board use the Update button in the context menu.
Saving your Board to Google Drive
Click Save to GoogleDrive and the board will be available on your Drive just like one of your documents. If you delete the board from Google Drive it will still be available in RealtimeBoard.

Open the Integrations page and click Log out near the Google Drive icon.
