Google Drive Authorization Issue
Sometimes users who connect RealtimeBoard with Google (by logging in with their Google Account or using Google integrations) receive the following error message:
In this case, the best solution is to remove all Google Accounts association with RealtimeBoard and set it up again. Here's a step-by-step instruction on how to do it:
- Go to your Google Account.
- Open the Sign-in & security page.
- Go to the Apps with account access section.
Click Manage apps.
- Choose RealtimeBoard and click Remove access.
As an additional step, please remove all Google integrations in the Integrations section of your RealtimeBoard Profile settings.
Having gone through the suggested steps, feel free to re-associate your RealtimeBoard account with your Google account.
