Default Sharing Settings

Looking for a quicker way to share all newly created Team boards or projects with a specific audience? Now you can customize the default sharing settings for boards and projects you and your team create and share them from the very start with a particular level of access rights.
As an admin, feel free to adjust new boards' status to your workflow by going to your team's Account settings > Board sharing settings section. Choose from the drop-down menu whether you want all new Team boards to remain private or accessible to any team member with Viewer, Commenter, or Editor rights.
Changing the sharing settings on the Board level
As soon as you click one of the options, the changes will be automatically saved and you won't need to revisit the topic. By default, all newly created boards are set as private and can only be visible to their owner.
Project sharing settings only have two options available for customization: (1) you can either keep new Team projects private and not accessible to anyone but their owner or (2) make them viewable for all members of your team, so that the project owner doesn't need to add users from the team manually.
Changing the sharing settings on the Project level
Once you decide to stick with one kind of sharing settings for all newly created Team boards or projects, you will still be able to diversify the general rule you are setting. You can customize sharing settings for particular boards or projects by opening and editing them separately.
