RealtimeBoard is rolling out a new user management solution to bring more scalability for Company and Consultant plan accounts. Now you can easily manage user permissions of dozens, hundreds, or thousands of RealtimeBoard users within your account.

No matter how many users are in your RealtimeBoard account, administration is now simpler, more automated, and faster — taking only seconds to perform. With improved visibility, Admins can easily track and filter user lists and view user roles, activity rate, and license consumption. Plus, bulk operations like inviting, adding, and removing users; assigning roles and licenses; and moving users between Teams within the account are now simplified.

For user lists
- See a full list of Company users and filter it by Role, License, Teams, and Activity
Bulk switch users’ Roles and Licenses
See Company user’s info in a personal user card and manage their Team membership, roles, and licenses right in the user card
Bulk remove users from the account
Bulk add new users to the account and assign them to multiple Teams
See all invitees in a separate list, understand what roles and licenses they will be assigned to, re-send and revoke invitations in bulk
See a list of Teams within the account with extra info on members, boards created, and Day Passes consumed in a Team
Bulk add or move users between Teams
