Manage Teams’ Discovery and Permissions
A part of the Advanced User Management that is available for Admins of the Company and Consultant plan accounts only.
The advanced user management in RealtimeBoard allows account Admins to edit details of the Teams, easily filter and manage all Teams and Team users in one place, manage apps and integrations available for the Team, and set up Teams’ permissions.
Choose the Team you want to manage. In the Team’s settings on the left, you can edit the Team’s profile, set up integrations permissions, and manage the discovery and access.

In the Team profile the Admin of the account can either edit Team name and profile picture or delete the Team. Try to make the Team name clear, so that you will be able to remember it once you will need to filter or move people to that Team.

If your Company or Consultant plan account Admin allowed non-admins to install apps, the Team Admins can also connect or uninstall the apps and integrations this Team is applying on the boards.

Manage Team discovery and access
It’s now easy for people from your company to find and join particular Teams in RealtimeBoard by managing Team permissions.
Setting the way your teammates will need to register.
In the signup mode you have three options:
Invitation only — new members must be invited. All Teams are hidden.
Discoverable and open to anyone with a certain domain — open Teams are visible and can be joined by any member whose domain was added and approved. Make sure there are vacant places for users in your Team. Otherwise the Team won't be open for joining. Public domains (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com) are not allowed.
Discoverable, but open only after the Admin's approval — open Teams are visible and can be seen by any user whose domain was added and approved. Users have an option to send a request to join the Team. The request is received by all administrators (both Team Admins and Company Admins) and must be accepted for a user to join.
To add and verify domain name, type it into the field on the right and click Add. To verify the domain, please provide a valid email address and click Send verification email.

We'll send a short message to confirm that the domain exists and was written correctly. This verification also ensures your domain security as no one outside your company can add your domain to the list. Open the email and click ‘Verify domain’. After that, anyone with this domain can join the Team. Team Admin will always receive a notification whenever there's a new Team member.
You will always be aware of who joins your Team.
